Graduating Senior at Nicolas Sevilla High School in Toa Alta, Puerto Rico

G.P.A. of 3.5 or higher

Accpetence into the University of Puerto Rico System

Copy of acceptance letter into the University of Puerto Rico system

A personal Essay (500 word minimum) telling their story and why they wish to receive this scholarship
